Ryan Allred is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Communication at the University of Connecticut. Ryan’s research falls within the realm of interpersonal communication and considers the influence of emotions on relationship development. His recent work examines the physiological effects of emotion and efforts to enhance positive emotions between relationship partners.
