About

Adam Giardino is a first-year master’s student pursuing his advanced degree with the goal of teaching COMM/JOUR in higher education in addition to his other work. Since graduating UConn in 2011, he has spent over a decade working on TV and radio as a sports broadcaster and continues that work while enrolled at UConn. One of his various roles along a winding professional career has been as a member of the UConn broadcast team since 2018.

Adam Giardino is also the Executive Director/Founder of a 501(c)3 non-profit, the Black Play-by-Play Broadcaster Grant & Scholarship Fund (www.blackpxpfund.com)
