Alex is a PhD student with interests in understanding the world of business communication skills, specifically the attitudes and incentives that drive people. His intended focus deals with training and development, the influences of individual identities, and value alignment. He is also interested in the parallels between the world of sport and business such as leadership communication and aspects of coachability.
