Alex is a PhD student with interests in understanding the world of business communication skills, specifically the attitudes and incentives that drive people. His intended focus deals with training and development, examining the influences of individual identities and values on perceptions of a program’s impact. He is also interested in the parallels between the world of sport and business such as leadership communication, aspects of coachability, and attitudes/motivations.
